UK Benefits system
If you come to the UK you may be eligible for financial help. Bear in mind, this is limited and you're more likely to qualify for some benefits if you're from the European Economic Area (EEA), or exercising a treaty right and working.
If you're from a country which is not part of the EEA and you have limited leave (for example you're here under the Points Based System) you generally will not be eligible for any benefits.
