Tier 5 visa for temporary workers
To employ someone under Tier 5 Temporary Workers category you need to have a Sponsorship Licence.

You can employ the person for between 12 and 24 months depending on which category they are granted leave for.
The person must score 40 points – 30 will be awarded once you, the employer, issue the individual with a certificate of sponsorship, and 10 are awarded for maintenance (the person must show they can support themself financially).
