What is your company background?

Syngenta is a young company stemming from a long historical background. As the company has developed, it has actively sought opportunities to engage with this type of development programme.

What is your graduate involved in?

There are two main projects the graduate placement from the Talent Scotland Scheme is involved in this year with Syngenta, namely the review of existing pipe-work paint specifications and "Ageing plant". The Ageing Plant work is a new and topical area of focus from UK Legislation which identifies inspection requirements for selected applications and all types of Engineering equipment.
