Graduate training
During their placement, your appointed graduate will receive between three and five days residential training.
This is specifically designed to develop additional innovation and business skills in the graduate and aims to increase the impact of the project for the organisation.
The graduate must receive full pay while on these training courses.
If your graduate is involved in internationalisation projects you may be eligible for further training through Scottish Development International.
