Relocation Advisory Service
If you can’t find the information you’re looking for, our Relocation Advisory Service (RAS) can help.
Our RAS team offer help and advice to international students on any matters regarding relocating to Scotland, including visas and immigration.
We can help with student visa applications and Tier 2 General visa applications if you choose to stay in Scotland afer you graduate.
The service is free of charge and is manned by trained immigration advisors.

Please note that our RAS team work during office hours (UK time 9am-5pm), Monday to Friday. Your enquiry will generally be responded to within five working days.
What we can do for you
We can advise you on how to complete your visas and permission to work applications (the UK Border Agency process these documents). We offer information about specialised organisations who can advice you on all that's needed to help you make the decision to move to Scotland. We can give you advice on how to look for work in Scotland, however we're not a recruitment agency.
Appointments
We can help with most enquiries online or by telephone. If our immigration advisors feel that you would benefit more from an interview at our offices in Glasgow (for example to check your application forms and documents), we'll be happy to arrange a mutual date to do so.
