Fresh Talent Scheme
"I am a US National interested in living a working in Scotland. I have seen that the Scottish Executive has a "fresh talent scheme" encouraging people to immigrate to Scotland. What I would like to know is if the program is intended for people outside of the European Union as well as inside it...or for insiders only. I have an excellent work history, work ethic and a good education. I have a considerable amount of experience in business management. I am very interested in oppurtunities in Scotland."
