Absolute Quality, an e4e company, is a global provider of outsourced customer care, QA testing, localisation and technical support services to the interactive entertainment industry.

The company was incorporated in 1996 by five members of Microprose Software to respond to the industry's need for a highly sophisticated outsourced option in multimedia software testing and it now forms part of the e4e group of companies that operates state-of-the-art customer interaction and product testing centres across Europe, North America and Asia-Pacific.
Absolute Quality opened its European headquarters in Glasgow in 1999 to offer pan-European solutions from their state of the art centre. Software testing, localization and technical support solutions in fourteen languages are now offered to companies globally.
Absolute Quality’s QA department offers a comprehensive range of testing services including functionality and compatibility, console pre-certification, localisation and wireless content testing, including mobile games.
Absolute Quality’s localization division allows the company to integrate translation, content localisation, desktop publishing, imaging and voice-over into the company’s comprehensive range of support services for games developers and publishers.
The company has invested heavily in high-tech infrastructure with its state-of-the-art contact centre that offers technical support via multiple live and self-help interaction channels including phone, fax-back, chat, e-mail and self-help support site or telephone IVR (Interactive Voice Response).
Games publishers can also call on Absolute Quality’s expertise to assist them with upselling and cross-selling, managing the refund and replacement cycle, maintaining clients’ website FAQ information, managing client webmaster queries as well as the provision of a wealth of information on technical support enquiries, resolutions, consumer profiling and marketing information.
In addition to directly supporting the interactive entertainment industry, Absolute Quality’s Glasgow centre also provides support services to e4e’s broader customer base in a variety of vertical markets that includes console and computer hardware and peripherals, storage, security, consumer electronics and IT helpdesk, as well as application and infrastructure management.
All of Absolute Quality and e4e’s support services are designed to maximise efficiencies, introduce cost savings and create revenue generating opportunities, thereby converting our clients’ support operations from cost centres into profit centres.
Absolute Quality also offers a range of development services to the wireless sector including porting and platform conversion to mobile application developers, mobile web development and enterprise application development.
The company now employs up to 100 people in Scotland at any given time, with over 4,500 staff worldwide employed at group level.
