80:20 Aims for Further Growth After Contract Wins

06 January 10

Energy sector supply chain specilist 80:20 Procurement Services, of Aberdeen, aims to grow its workforce and achieve turnover of £10 million after a raft of contract wins.

The firm, which purchases low cost oil and gas industry goods and equipment on behalf of clients, said yesterday it was looking to recruit at least six experienced procurement professionals to add to its current team of 14.

It is also planning to increase the size of its current premises at East Tullos Industrial Estate.

The expansion drive comes hard on the heels of recent contract agreements with BP Exploration Operating Company, BIS Salamis and Technip.

Director Tony Bannon, who founded 80:20 in 2004 with fellow director Paul Dorward, said he was confident it could increase turnover by 160% within two years.
