Merger Will Allow New Firm to Offer Wider Range of Skills

Offshore container company planning to expand workforce in coming year.
A new Aberdeen-based oil services company has been formed through the merger of two sister firms.
OEG Offshore is a result of the combination of Containental Offshore and Vertec Engineering.
All Vertec and Containental staff will be retained in the new company, which employs nearly 100 people and has plans to increase this number throughout 2010.
OEG Offshore specialises in the design, build and rental of cabins and cargo-carrying units for the offshore oil and gas market.
