You will be accountable to the Head of Transaction Standards Monitoring for delivering a complex portfolio of specialist first line of defence AML monitoring reviews and providing specialist AML, Payments and regulatory knowledge across the Group.
An analytical mind will have been honed through experience in a similar environment and you'll already be familiar with finalising client recommendations, ensuring fact-finds are accurately completed and making technical comparisons with other provider products.
Managing and leading the team in order to ensure that risk is effectively managed, best practice procedures are enforced, clients are appropriately managed, and that staff are developed and engaged.
The role has direct management responsibility for Financing lender facing functions in Europe (primarily exposure management and client services) covering both Equity and Fixed Income securities lending and Securities Lending Middle Office functions with local management of the Secured Funding Trade and Sales Support teams.

Lead the delivery of sourcing projects within the Smart sourcing team. Assist in the development of category strategies, taking direction to help manage the cost base by delivering opportunities that drive costs out through demand management, simplifying specifications and strengthening supplier relationships to mitigate risk and improve performance.
