Employing Bulgarians and Romanians

As of 1 January 2014, there are no longer any restriction on employing Romanian and Bulgarian workers.


Employing Romanians and Bulgarians is now as straightforward as employing a British, French or any other European employee and all an employer has to do to lawfully employ a Romanian or Bulgarian employee is to take a copy of the employee's passport and retain it on file as proof of their nationality.
