Corentin will shortly be taking a trip to California where he'll be joining a group of other UK space entrepreneurs working in new space verticals.

Space Mission UK is an exciting series of entrepreneur missions, specifically designed to support UK start-ups with ambition to build world-leading space and satellite application companies. Previous space missions have seen immediate impact for the companies involved, including securing investment and collaboration with major organisations such as NASA and the European Space Agency.

Bird.i has developed technology which is unlocking access to fresh and quality observation imagery from satellites, airborne and drones. High quality satellite imagery has only ever been accessible to high value customers, with the mass market accessing observation imagery only through Google Maps. The company’s disruptive business model looks to open up the market for high quality images for mass market commercial use.

The company is supported by the Scottish Enterprise high growth start-up team working alongside their innovation, financial readiness and IA specialist teams.
