Guidance

The Home Office emphasises that demand for this service will likely remain high. Before submitting a request for prioritisation, please ensure you have reviewed the Worker & Temporary Worker Priority Service guidance available here and completed the Worker & Temporary Worker Priority Request form in its entirety. The form is available here.

If the Home Office reaches its daily allocation limit for priority requests, those who are not selected should review the published guidance available which provides further advice on how to proceed.
