We offer employees the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the world through our shared commitment to improving the quality of human life by enabling people to do more, feel better and live longer.

We provide significant opportunities for personal and professional growth with our principle of development being 70% on the job; 20% developmental relationships; 10% formal development.

Our leadership teams strive to strive to create a supportive and healthy working environment which promotes diverse thinking, personal initiative and effective teamwork in line with our values of respect for people, transparency, patient focus and integrity.

A subsequent investment in a new strategic backup facility to the value of £25 million at Montrose will mean a further 25 new jobs being created.

Our Irvine location in the south-west produces antibiotics and employs more than 350 people.  And our Montrose location in the north-east produces a wide range of active pharmaceutical ingredients and raw materials for other GSK sites.  It also has more than 350 employees

We foster a high-performance culture in which employees are given targets and rewards to deliver for themselves, the business, and our customers and patients all over the world.
