Our food science team has decades of combined experience of working with European and global food producers in protein ingredient development. We are seeking an appropriately qualified protein scientist to join the team working on applying our technology in solving the problem of reducing “unhealthy” ingredients in consumer foods.
When our patented process technology is applied to naturally occurring proteins such as whey and egg, which are used extensively as ingredients in food manufacture, the functional properties of these proteins are improved. These improved proteins enable food manufacturers to reduce ingredients such as sugar in their end-products.
