Skoogmusic is dedicated to doing fun, accessible, novel and musical things with technology. We want to make playing music more accessible. We make new musical instruments, new ways of playing music and instruments that make it easier to take part.

Our flagship product, the Skoog, is a new musical instrument that uses cutting-edge technology to give the control, nuance and expressivity of “traditional” musical instruments to those who, for one reason or another, cannot pick up and play such an instrument.

The Skoog is designed for people with any degree or combination of physical, mental or behavioural difficulties. And because it has been designed to work for those with the most challenging of circumstances, it works for everyone. From musicians who want to experiment, to disabled children who may struggle to play any instrument, Skoogmusic creates a level playing field for interaction and integration with players of all capabilities.
