- Qualified – that might be academically or through previous experience but if you’ve just "heard apps are, like, the thing now" then we probably aren't going to see you.

- We can talk about working remotely but by and large we expect you to come into our office at Haymarket – its well served by trains, buses and even the trams.
- Sense of humour. We've got no room for miserable and believe life is better when you’re smiling – so please do bring your sense of humour to the interview - it really will help.
