When creating the guestbook for the launch of a luxury serviced apartment in 2014, Founder & CEO Julie Grieve became frustrated with the cost and administration required to ensure it was continuously up to date. Quoted £9,000 to produce a App which had limited content control, Julie recognised a gap in the market and June 2016 Criton was born.

As the only intuitive app builder in the UK hospitality and tourism sector, Criton provides the platform for you to create your own digital solutions. Guests today travel with their own mobiles, tablets and laptops and we believe that the future is 'own device'. Wrap all your customer-facing technology into own portal and improve your guest and visitor experience at the touch of a button.

Today Criton employs some 30 FTE staff with it's HQ in Edinburgh, Scotland we also have an office in London.
