Living and Working in Scotland

Edinburgh is a fantastic historic city to live in. The city is very easy to walk around and many people choose not to have a car. We have Arthur’s Seat in the city – a wonderful hill for great afternoon walks and a short drive takes you out into fantastic countryside.

Calton Hill

We can never proclaim to have the greatest weather, but on a plus we have the perfect climate for running. It never gets too hot or too cold. On those chilly days you can choose from a number of cosy pubs where residents and visitors have sat for 600 years before you or on a nice summer day you can relax at Portobello beach or in Princes Street gardens – with live jazz filling the air during the festival.

The Edinburgh Festival Fringe is incredible. Artists and performers come from around the world as do all the visitors to the city. Almost 4000 shows of every description (60,000 performances) and anything that can turn into a venue does so – over 300 in total. Our Hogmanay new year celebrations are also a life experience not to be missed.

Scotland is one of the most beautiful countries in the world. If you need any convincing of all the amazing reasons to live, work and play in Scotland then have a look at this (and other) aerial videos by John Duncan, who we have had the pleasure to work with.

We always want to hear from talented individuals that are eager to join our team.
